The State Russian Museum in Saint-Petersburg is the world largest museum of Russian art. It was founded in 1898. It has the richest collection of Russian painting, sculpture and drawing, arts and crafts, icons.
The collection of The Russian Museum numbers about 400,000 exhibits. About 30 provisional exhibitions are arranged within the precincts of The Russian Museum annually.
The State Russian Museum is also the biggest research centre. There are many Scientific-Experts in Art, Professors and Doctors of Science among its collaborators.
The Museum carries out comprehensive cultural and educational work. 
The State Russian Museum has been republican scientific and methodological center of all art museums of Russia for more than 20 years.

The Permanent Establishment of Moscow in Saint-Petersburg was founded in 1996 according to the Agreement between The Administrations of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg with the purpose of development of commercial, economical, cultural, financial relations and business connections between these cities. 
The Establishment takes part in development and achievement of many large-scale projects. It is an Associate Member of The Industry and Producer Union of Saint-Petersburg, also a Member of Rector Council of Universities of Saint-Petersburg, of Association of Industrial Organizations of Saint-Petersburg, of Advisory Council attached to North-Western Customs Administration of the Russian Federation.
"TRIART" Company has been accredited at The Permanent Establishment of Moscow in Saint-Petersburg.

The Union of Artists of the Russian Federation in Saint-Petersburg is a public organization uniting artists of Saint-Petersburg. It numbers about 3,500 members. The main fields of its activity are the social protection of the Artists, the creation of appropriate work environments for them and 
possibilities of their activity realization. There are some non-commercial galleries and show-rooms attached to The Union of Artists of Saint-Petersburg. Main of them is The Salon-Gallery "Golubaya Gostinaya" performing public work on behalf of The Union of Artists.

The Culture Foundation of Saint-Petersburg is the first nongovernmental organization and charity appeared at the beginning of The Perestroyka. Its activity is directed to preservation, augmenting and study of the national cultural legacy. Under the aegis of the Foundation there are new public formations and organizations which field of activity is scientific researches, restoration, international tourism, publishing and exhibition activities. 
The main fields of the work of The Foundation are determined by lots of permanent programs, such as: " The Klassika " ("The Classics") is a program of support of the classical legacy in the all fields of culture and education; " The Temple" is a Program of the union of theoretical and practice knowledge of the Saint-Petersburg specialists; "Novye Imena" ("New Names") is a Program of search and support of talented youth in the field of art and enhancement prestige of teachers and schools training next artists'generation; "Vozvraschenie duha" (The Return of Spirit") is a Program of the establishment of friendly relations with Russian Emigration. 
At present Yuri Mudrov is in charge of the Culture of Foundation. He 's President. Tatiana Smirnova is Vice-President of the Culture of Foundation.

This Center was founded in May, 1999 in Kotka (Finland) within the frames of cooperation of Saint-Petersburg and Kumenlaakso (South-Eastern part of Finland). Municipal Adminisrtations of Saint-Petersburg, Kumenlaakso and Kotka were initiators of creation of this Center. It is the first Center appeared in one of the EC countries in immediate proximity to Russia. The Center renders assistance in development and consolidation of mutually beneficial business contacts and also promotes in export of competitive products (including objects of fine art) to Finland and through the Finland to other countries.

The "SIVEL" Center of exhibitions' organization was founded in 1993. Main fields of its activity are organization of special exhibitions and fairs (including exhibitions of the culture and amateur and folk arts), organization of national exhibitions and Russian parts of exhibitions abroad. 
The "SIVEL " is a representative of information and exhibition business-center of Saint-Petersburg in Kotka (Finland). It organizes Russian parts of exhibitions abroad and trips of Russian specialists to these exhibitions.
The "SIVEL" develops and realizes the program " National Seasons" within the frames of which the exhibitions "Italian Seasons in Saint-Petersburg" were executed together with the 'DADY YES" Company (Italy). The exhibition "The Day of Toyland" was executed in autumn 1998, the exhibition "The Day of Turku in Saint-Petersburg" was opened in October 1999. The exhibitions of companies of Israel, India, Sweden, etc. will been scheduled in the future.
